William Clayt Cuppy was stillborn at 1:30 a.m., on Thursday, May 31, 2012, in St. Elizabeth East Hospital, Lafayette.

He is survived by his parents, Billy and Shantel (Shafer) Cuppy, Logansport, along with a brother, Myles Gilsinger, and sister, Cassidy Cuppy.

A private graveside service was held at Spring Creek Cemetery, Logansport.
