Mildred L. Allen, age 68, Logansport, passed away at 12:03 p.m., on Thursday, March 9, 2017, in Franciscan Health Lafayette East Hospital.
Born on July 20, 1948, she was the daughter of Horace and Euralen Whitehead Jackson.
She was married to Michael J. Allen, who preceded her in death October 10, 2015.
Mildred had been employed at Tyson Foods and at Al’s Uncle Restaurant.
Surviving are brother, Paul Jackson, Lebanon, Tenn.; sisters, Joyce Bogle and Frances Craigmile, both of Smithville, Tenn., and Reba Shoemake, Gordonsville, Tenn.; several nieces and nephews.
A private family service was held on Monday, March 13, 2017, at Kroeger Funeral Home, with interment in St. John’s Cemetery
