Cory Randall Van Horn

Cory Randall Van Horn, age 29, Logansport, passed away at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 5, 2017, in his residence.

Born August 8, 1987, in Logansport, he was the son of Mark and Sandra Michael Van Horn. His mother and step-father, Sandra and Dan Barrett, survive, residing in Logansport. His father, Mark Van Horn, preceded him in death.

Cory was a talented and gifted drummer. He also enjoyed playing pool, disc golf, skate boarding and fishing. He especially enjoyed spending time with his children.

Also surviving are a son, Peyton Van Horn and daughter, Allyson Van Horn, both of Logansport; brothers, Brandon Van Horn (Christina Miller), Brian Van Horn (Danielle) and Mark Van Horn II (Jill); step-brothers and step-sister, Timothy (Megan) Barrett, Amy (Joe) Bartlett, and Luke Barrett; several nieces, nephews and cousins as well as many, many friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11th at Kroeger Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow visitation at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, also at the funeral home.

Kroeger Funeral and Cremation is in charge of arrangements.

Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
