Johnny Eugene Ray, 66, rural Kewanna, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, in Vibra Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Born in Knoxville, Tennessee on June 10, 1950, he was employed in roofing for most of his life.
He enjoyed watching old Western movies. A hard-working man, he was loved by everyone.
Surviving are a son, Phillip E. Ray, Jacksonville, Florida; brother, Jackie Ray, Tennessee, life-long friends, Cathy Sue Duke and Ella Dean Yeo, both of Kewanna; and grandson, Phillip E. Ray, Jr.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Julia.
The service will be private.
