Our sincere condolences to Aaron and all of the family. I remember Carissa talking about how nice Mr. Heilman was when she visited. I always think of the fact that he has now seen Jesus' face and what a comfort that is. Praying for strength and comfort in the coming days.

We were sorry to learn of Joe's passing. He was on my advisory board for my special education program at LHS & I thought a lot of him. We are out of town so can't be with you but please know that you & your family are in our thoughts & prayers during this difficult time. May God hold you in His palm & comfort each of you.

Joe was my best friend at IU, the best basketball player I ever had the pleasure to play with, even though he couldn't dunk. He was the best man at my wedding, short pants included. Time has taken away our chance to retain that that relationship but he and Deb will forever be an important part of my memories and heart. I am deeply mourning his passing and miss him deeply. Love you Bro

"Please accept my sincere sympathy at your loss of Mr. Heilman, this must be a difficult time for you all. I pray you are comforted by the promises at Isaiah 33:24, where no resident will say I am sick', and 1 Corinthians 15:26 where the last enemy death will be brought to nothing'. These passages have given me strength and Hope when I have suffered a loss, and I pray they will do the same for you."

We send our prayers for the family of Joe. I, Donald, first met Joe when he was the Personnel Director of Logansport Memorial Hospital. He and I were in the Logansport Personnel Assoc. We would occasionally sit together and have some good talks. I always considered Joe a good man and a pleasant person of whom would be a good friend to all. --- Don and Jane Shilts
