Marvin R. Keeler, age 73, Burrows, passed away at 2:42 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2016, in his residence.
Born December 2, 1942, in Logansport, he was the son of Russell and Mayola Stewart Keeler.
On December 19, 1970, he was married to Sherry “Suzie” Jones, who survives.
Marvin was a professional truck driver, most recently employed by Foodliner Corporation. He was a member of the Teamsters Union.
He served his country in two tours of duty in the United States Marine Corps.
Marvin was a member of Rockfield Christian Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are daughters, Heather Hoffman, Colchester, CT., Laurie Keeler, Logansport and Deana May Cazarez, Woodland, CA; son, Russell William “Rusty” Keeler, Bentonville, AR; grandchildren, Darla Elliott, Blaine Elliott, USMC, Kurt Elliott, Matthew Keeler, Courtney Keeler, Jeremiah Prior and Jacob Prior; nieces, Jodi Fivecoate, Beth Ann Justice and Kristi Homburg.
He was preceded in death by one brother, James.
Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 20th, at Kroeger Funeral Home and one hour prior to the funeral on Monday.
The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, also at the funeral home, with Pastor Kenny Bass of Rockfield Christian Church officiating.
Burial with full military honors will be in Brown Church Cemetery, Carroll County.
