Rovena Ayres was a strong, loving woman who raised a great family of 3 boys and a daughter, Janalee Sue. My son, Bill, married Jana 28 years ago and they also have a daughter and 3 boys. Rovena set an example for her daughter what it was like raise a Prayerful Family and to serve the Lord in the Church. I was with Jack a few times praying with him at her bedside while she was fighting to overcome her malady to be able to return to Jack. Later, when she knew that he had preceded her going to Heaven, she asked the Lord to take her to be with him. Now they are together again, and were greeted by St. Peter and by my Bride, Kay, and many other friends for Eternity. May they all Rest In Peace.

Mike/Terry, Brian/Lisa, Kelly, Janalee/Bill and grandkids: Sending warm embraces, much love and condolences your way. I'm stunned from reading that Rovena passed away 16 days after Jack and 9 days after his burial. Your incredibly special and much adored parents made enduring, positive impacts on so many lives. Along the way some of us got to know you kids too. Thank you for sharing your parents with us. Prayerfully thinking of you, your parents, and cherished memories. Peace.
