Treva C. Rose, 76, Logansport, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018, in her residence.
Born in Indianapolis on September 3, 1941, she was the daughter of Randall and Violet Boger Shircliff.
On April 7, 1973, in Logansport, she was married to Jack F. Rose, Jr., who survives.
Treva had been a cocktail waitress at various locations. She loved to read, and enjoyed fishing, light houses, and motorcycle riding. She had a compassionate ear to anyone in need. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and watching movies. She was a colorful person to anyone who knew her.
Also surviving are children, John (Erica) Rose, Logansport, Rick Rose, Kokomo, Scott Henderson, Shelbyville, Stacey (Brenda) Henderson, Plainfield, Tina Houser, Westfield, and Tony Houser, Kokomo; brothers, Rick (Lori) Nicols, Logansport, Eric (Sherry) Nicols, Logansport, and Ronald (Sheryl) VanLandingham, North Carolina; sisters, Jody Lee, Valparaiso, Sandy Koons, Greenwood, Sheila Walters, Tennessee, and Angel (Tim) Colwell, Tennessee; eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by brothers, James Shircliff and John Shircliff.
A Celebration of Treva's Life will be held April 15, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., at the American Legion Post 60, 828 Burlington Avenue, in Logansport.
