Anita Louise Mottley, 68, Logansport, passed away at 3:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2019, in her residence.
Born November 16, 1950, in Rochester, she was the daughter of Donald and Mary L. Felty Hillman.
Anita retied as an attendant at the Logansport State Hospital. She also had been employed by Cardinal Services, and most recently at McDonald's West.
Anita enjoyed being with her grandchildren.
Surviving are a daughter, Meridith Mottley (companion Roger Landis), Logansport; siblings, Lois Hillman, Logansport, Keith Hillman, Wyandotte, Michigan, Julie (Stan) Palmer, Plymouth, Donna (Al) Palbykin, Plymouth, Robert Hillman, Plymouth, Rick Shull, Greenwood, K G (Cheryl) Shull, Muncie; grandsons, Brett Waldron, Jakob Huddleston; step-mother, Judy Hillman, Plymouth; a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a stepfather, Kenneth Shull and an ex-husband, Charles Mottley.
The visitation will be at Kroeger Funeral Home from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 22, 2019. The funeral service and celebration of Anita’s life will be at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, also at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery at a later date.
