Edythe Carlson Obituary

Edythe Madeline Carlson, age 85, Logansport, passed away at 8:09 p.m. on Sunday, August 19, 2018, in her residence.

Born April 1, 1933, in Pulaski County, she was the daughter of John Henry and Esther Pherson Seward.

She was married to Clyde Carlson, who preceded her in death.

Edythe had been employed at K Mart and Mr. Happy Burger.

Surviving are two sons, John Carlson, Logansport, and Jeff (Cheryl) Carlson, Shelbyville; two daughters, Marcia Jane (Larry) Stigers, Burnettsville, and Cynthia Lea (Marty) Hartman, Indianapolis; nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon on Thursday, August 23, 2018, at Kroeger Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 12 noon on Thursday, also at the funeral home, with Rev. Carolyn DeWitt officiating.

Interment will be at Ever-Rest Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
