Ronald G. Simpson

Ronald G. Simpson, age 60, Logansport, passed away at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2018, in his residence.

Born August 1, 1957, in New Castle, he was the son of Charles Homer and Betty Jean Walker Simpson, Sr. His mother preceded him in death and his father survives, residing in Tennessee.

Ron had been employed by American Food and Vending Company. He enjoyed working, fishing and taking care of Lemans.

He also loved and enjoyed his grandchildren.

Surviving are a daughter, Cirena Bell, Logansport; brothers, Sam Duane (Marlene) Simpson, Walton, Jim (Diana) Simpson, Elkhart; sisters, Carla Simpson and Deb (Kenny) Plummer, all of Tennessee; grandchildren, Braydon Bell, Xondra Bell, Jayce Reyes and Alayna Reyes; and close family friend, Chris Crawford, Logansport.

A son, Lemans Simpson and brother, Charles Homer Simpson Jr., preceded him in death.

A Memorial Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018, at Kroeger Funeral Home. Family members will honor his memory with a period of remembrance beginning at 2:00 p.m.
