Ann L. (Hildebrandt) Pearson

Ann L. Pearson, age 65, Logansport, passed away at 8:25 a.m., on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, in Memorial Hospital.

Born December 21, 1952, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Alan and Edith 'Edie' Scagnoli Hildebrandt. They survive, residing in Logansport.

A 1971 graduate of Logansport High School, Ann earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ball State University. She had been employed in her field as a social worker at Chase Center. She said she was a “born social worker” and enjoyed her employment very much. She also said social work allowed her to “be there for other people” and was a constant support for her family.

Also surviving are her children, T. J. Carson (Elaine), Logansport, Liz Carson, Logansport, and Katie Pearson (Jeremy Collins), Royal Center; brother, Mark Hildebrandt (Barb), Logansport; and granddaughter, Jordyn Collins, Royal Center.

The funeral service will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018, at Kroeger Funeral Home, with Fr. Jeff Martin officiating.

Visitation will be from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday prior to the funeral service, also at Kroeger Funeral Home.
