Barry VT Peankhamhor Obituary

Barry VT Peankhamhor, age 68, Logansport, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2019, in Baylor Medical Center in Dallas.

Born on November 27, 1950 in Vientiane, Laos, he was the son of Pean and Khan Peankhamhor.

He was married to Anita Tanee Seangchai, who survives in Logansport.

In 2012, Barry retired from Tyson Foods.

Also surviving are sons, Kitoo (known as Keytoe) Peankhamhor, David (known as Ovid) Peankhamhor and Randy (known as Odie) Peankhamhor, all of Logansport; step-son, Kitha Vongphet, Logansport; step-daughter, Orathai Linda Peankhamhor, Logansport; brothers, Bouadaeng Peankhamhor and Khamphaeng Peankhamhor (wife, Phuthorn), all of Laos, sisters, Nan Khammoung Khoung (husband, Phimmasorn) and Kommally Kounphaly (husband, Khampao), all of Laos.

Also, two grandsons and two granddaughters survive.

A Buddhist cultural ceremony will begin at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at Kroeger Funeral Home, followed by a procession to the crematory.

Friends and family are also invited to the public visitation on Friday, October 18, 2019, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., also at the funeral home.
