Betty L. Dunn

Betty L. Dunn, age 84, Kokomo, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, in Waterford Place Health Campus.

Born on August 21,1935 in Logansport, she was the daughter of Mabel Dunn.

After 42 years of employment as a medical transcriptionist, Betty retired from Saint Joseph Hospital in Kokomo in 2001.

Betty loved her cats and also loved to crochet, as she made afghans for so many.

Surviving are close friends Jeff and Stacy Handy and their children, Danielle and Grant Tobey and their children Scarlett and Ari Tobey; and Seth Handy and fiance Diane Silberberg, as well as many friends from the medical records department at St Joseph Hospital.

We would like to thank the staff at Waterford Place in Kokomo for taking such good care of Betty and loving her so much.

There will be a graveside committal service on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at 3 p.m. at Mount Hope Cemetery in Logansport, with Rev. Ken Smith officiating.

In lieu of flowers you may make a memorial contribution to We Care Kokomo, or the St.Vincent Kokomo Foundation, 1907 W. Sycamore Street, Kokomo, IN 46901.
