Beverly Jeanne (Arms) Hallman, 77, formerly of Logansport, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in Albert Lea, Minnesota.
Born on May 26, 1940, in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of Robert F. Arms and Mary Katherine Swisher Arms Ysseldyke, who preceded her in death.
On August 4, 1956 in Columbus, she was married to Gerhardt F. Hallman, who survives in Alden, Minnesota.
Beverly attended Holy Family High School in Columbus and Indiana University in Indianapolis. She established and taught preschool at K. I. Sawyer A.F.B. in Michigan, and at Peace Lutheran Church in Owensboro, Kentucky, where she retired as director.
Also surviving are her children, Laura Marie Hallman, Logansport, Kathy (Mark) Hipsher, Gurnee, Illinois, Matthew (Stephanie) Hallman, Alden, and Daryl (Christie) Hallman, Urbana, Illinois; grandchildren, Nick (Ashley) Hipsher, Oakwood, Illinois, Jacob Hipsher, Speedway, Samuel (Hilary) Hallman, Albert Lea, Katherine Hallman, Elijah Hallman, and Jordan Hallman, all of Alden, and Jodie Hallman, Paxton, Illinois; great grandchildren, Weston, Nash and Beau Hipsher, Oakwood, and Dominic Hallman, Paxton; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Beverly in death were daughter, Kimberly Kay; son, Gary Wayne; sister, Sandra; and brothers, Ronnie and Michael.
Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., on Monday, January 29, 2018, at St. James Lutheran Church, with the service following at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Carl Hedberg officiating.
Burial will be at Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
