Bo James Brown Obituary

Bo James Brown, age 28, Logansport, passed away November 30, 2018, at his residence.

Born in Logansport on November 26, 1990, he was the son of Bradly and Brandi McKee Brown. His father preceded him in death.

Bo loved the outdoors, sports and spending time with his family. Bo had a heart of gold and always was wanting to give more than he could receive. He always welcomed the homeless into his home and would help anyone get back on their feet.

Bo was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes at the age of 10. He had beat the demons, but his health had taken a toll.

A 2009 graduate of Logansport High School, Bo loved basketball and was a great athlete. He had many friends of all kinds and welcomed the Lord into his heart. He always had a smile on his face and welcomed you with a hug.

He attended and ushered for a brief time at Revolution Community Church, where he found the love of God.

Bo owned and operated a Lawn and Construction Service and previously worked at Forest River, Inc. of Elkhart.

Surviving are his mother, Brandi (Matt) Mullin, daughter, Bayley Brown, and Ariana Davenport, whom he regarded as his daughter, all of Logansport; brothers, Eric (Ashley) Brown, Walton and Blake (Megan) Brown, Logansport.

Also surviving are maternal grandparents, Jerry and Willa Smith, Lucerne, Charles and Verne Brown, Lewisburg; aunts and uncles, Kelly and Chuck Stephenson, Logansport, Troy and Marcia Smith, Fulton and Brook McKee, Hartford City;and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, also preceding in death were his maternal grandparents, Harold McKee and Connie McKee, grandmother, Betty Mullin; and cousin, Tara Hildebrand.

Visitation will be from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2018, at Kroeger Funeral Home. A funeral service and celebration of Bo’s life will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, following visitation, with Jeff Moss officiating.
