Gregory A. Hanawalt Obituary

Gregory A. Hanawalt, age 62, Logansport, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019, in his residence.

Born April 6, 1957, in Logansport, he was the son of Harold and Barbara J. Gibson Hanawalt, both of whom have preceded him in death.

Greg was a 1976 graduate of Logansport High School. He enjoyed auto racing, camping, fishing and especially his grandchildren.

Surviving are his children, Katy (Justin) Ijames, Ft. Wayne, Guhner Hanawalt, Logansport; Ryan Turko, Florida, Amy Turko, Lafayette, Ashley (Charles) Bridgewater, Kokomo; brothers, Thomas E. “Ed” (Becky) Hanawalt, Michael J. Hanawalt; sisters, Becky (Terry) Grandstaff and Cathy (Mike) Morrow, all of Logansport.

Also surviving are grandchildren, Parker Ijames, Landon Moss, Mila Hanawalt plus seven additional grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Kroeger Funeral Home with a service following at 1:00 p.m.
