Phyllis D. Smith, age 66, Logansport, passed away at 2:45 p.m. on Friday, August 17, 2018, in Logansport Memorial Hospital.

Born October 11, 1951, in Dothan, Alabama, she was the daughter of Arthur and Gladys Peacock Mills.

Surviving are sons, Chris Smith, Logansport, and David Smith, Mishawaka.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 24th, in the chapel at Mount Hope Cemetery. Interment will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
