Richard L. Stark

Richard L. Stark, age 58, Peru, passed away Monday, December 4, 2017, in Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne.

Born March 16, 1959, in Terre Haute, he was the son of Richard and Barbara Huff Stark. His mother, Barbara Alder, survives, residing in Logansport.

Surviving are a daughter, Angie Cooper, Terre Haute; six grandchildren; brothers, Jay Stark, Lynn (Candi) Alder; sister, Terry (Tom) Ball, all of Logansport; step-daughters, Tagen Long, Fort Wayne, Mikayla (Jay) Strong, Peru; step-son, Kenneth Townsend, Tacoma, WA.

Also surviving are step-grandchildren, Tierra Long, Andre Fairgood, Tamara Long, Tayton Long, Teana Long, Austin Strong, Braxton Strong and Cameron Strong; step-great-grandchildren, Ja’lyza Long, Jaz’lynn Long, Amora Long; and best friend, Josh Grandstaff.

The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 7th, in the Chapel in Mount Hope Cemetery. Rev. Nick Robinson will officiate.

Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.
