Sarah E. (Gilbert) Rollins
February 3, 1931 ~ June 22, 2017 (age 86) 86 Years OldSarah E. Rollins, age 86, Logansport, passed away at 5:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2017, in Miller’s Merry Manor.
Born February 3, 1931, in Cannelton, Ind., she was the daughter of Allie Vernon and Rosella Bolin Gilbert.
On March 18, 1948, in Cannelton, she was married to Leroy Rollins, who preceded her in death on July 16, 2001.
Sarah had been employed at White Rogers Manufacturing.
Surviving are her sons, Frank (Carol) Rollins, Cicero, Terry (Cindy) Rollins, Logansport, Danny Jo (Hilda) Rollins, Walton, and Larry Rollins, Monticello; twelve grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren and a special niece, Charlotte (John) Bingaman, Logansport, three great nieces and one great nephew.
Two sisters preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Kroeger Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, immediately following visitation, also at Kroeger Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
