Angeline A. "Angie" (Mittica) Schroder

Angeline A. “Angie” Schroder, 90, passed away at 2:18 a.m. Monday, December 26, 2022, in her residence.

Born in Logansport May 17, 1932, she was the daughter of Rocco and Mary Theresa Colucci Mittica.

She was married to Ralph E. Schroder who preceded her in death.

Angie retired in 1995 after thirty-one and a half years of employment at Gen Corp. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and reading cookbooks, and just being home.

A member of All Saints Catholic Church, Angie was a devout Catholic who said the rosary daily.

Surviving are a son, Rick (Barbara) Schroder, Logansport; daughters, Vicki Castelli, Monument, CO, Cindy (Jerry) Saboski, South Bend; sister, Mary Melton, Rochester; daughter-in-law, Teresa Schroder.

Also surviving are ten grandchildren, Sarah Beth (Tad), Jeff (Holly), Laura, Andrew, Sam, Gina, Lusia, Christine, Ian; thirteen great grandchildren, Kennedy, Jacob, Everly, Olivia, Ashton, Sophia, Christian, Ryleigh Marie, Lincoln, Lorena, Aaliyah, Theo, Hazel; numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding in death are son, Dana Schroder; granddaughter, Angela Saboski, brothers, Frank Mittica, Dominic Mittica, Nick Mittica; sister, Josephine Graybeal.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 29th, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kroeger Funeral Home. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, also at the funeral home.

The Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday at All Saints Catholic Church with Fr. Kyle Neterer officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
