Beverly Ann Vitello, age 91, Carmel, formerly of Noblesville and Marion, passed away at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Bickford of Carmel (Indiana), where she had resided for approximately six years.
Born in Marion on January 19, 1934, she was the daughter of Wilbur Pierce and Reba Woolman Pierce.
On August 3, 1957, in Marion, she was married to Angelo Anthony “Mike” Vitello, who preceded her in death on October 5, 2017.
Mrs. Vitello was a 1952 graduate of Marion High and attended Holy Cross Hospital School of Nursing in South Bend, graduating as a registered nurse.
Beverly was employed as an emergency room nurse at Marion General Hospital and later worked in nursing at the General Motors plant in Marion, where she retired.
She and her husband were long-time members of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Marion.
Surviving are sons, Michael A. (Lisa) Vitello, Newcastle, California, James A Vitello, Cicero, Indiana; daughters, Annette M. Vitello, Medford, Oregon, Michelle Vitello Stanley, Sheridan, Indiana; eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 18th, at Kroeger-Crain Funeral Home.
The funeral service follows visitation at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, with Father Adam Mauman officiating.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport, next to her husband who was born and raised in Logansport.
Kroeger-Crain Funeral & Cremation is in charge of all arrangements.
