Carol L. (Tulli) Whaley

Carol L. Whaley (Tulli), age 70, loving mother, grandmother, and friend, of Logansport, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Logansport, surrounded by her children.

Carol was born on December 14, 1954. She was the second of four children, born in Logansport to Richard and Mary Tulli, who both preceded her in death.

Carol was a graduate of Logansport High School. She worked at many places, including Walgreens and Logansport School Corporation. Carol loved helping others. She lived in Logansport her entire life. She was raised in All Saints Parish.

She married Mark T. Whaley on March 30, 1996. He preceded her in death.

Carol loved owls and collected many of them. She loved spending time with her granddaughters. She also loved shopping for a good deal and loved music. Carol loved cooking Italian food recipes that she learned from her mother and grandmother. She also enjoyed watching True Crime with her daughter. She touched the lives of many families and their children by running a daycare.

Carol is survived by her children, Krista (Travis) Lawler of Logansport and Michael (Bri) Ditto of Peru. Stepsons Brent (Heather) Whaley, and Nick Whaley, both of Logansport. She is also survived by grandchildren Kali (Keith) Rhine, Isabella Ditto, Mary Lawler, Abbi Whaley, Marissa Whaley, Abigail Runyon, and Owen Runyon.

Funeral services are private.
