Charles A. "Charlie" Horn

Charles A. “Charlie” Horn, age 66, Logansport, passed away at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne.

Born in Terre Haute July 22, 1955, he was the son of Helena Irene Horn.

Charlie was married to Tina Vail Horn, who survives.

A 1973 graduate of Logansport High School, Charlie was an outstanding basketball player in high school and went on to play at Oakland City College. Throughout his life he continued his love of basketball and other sports. He coached and also was an active member of the Logansport YMCA, where he continued to play basketball and also Walleyball.

In addition to his wife, Charlie is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Lauren and Jason De Fazio, El Dorado, Arkansas; sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Chris Martin, Indianapolis; granddaughter, Kaytlin De Fazio; several nieces and nephews.

A brother, John Bundy, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 23rd, at Logansport Church of the Brethren, 2405 Shadowlawn Drive, Logansport.

The funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, also at the church, with Pastor Aaron Gross officiating.
