Darla K. Delk (Cox) Tingley

Darla Delk Tingley, age 53, passed away on June 23, 2020.

Born on June 23, 1967 in Logansport, she was the daughter of Warren O. ‘Bud’ and Dona R. Kite Cox.

Darla was married to her longtime love of 11 years, Jeff Tingley, who survives.

Also surviving are her mother, Dona Cox; children, Shayla (Ricardo) Canseco, Brandon (Ashley) Delk, Addie (Cory) Sweet, Devyn Tingley, and Jeff (Dailey) Tingley; grandchildren, Kobe Delk, Kyree Delk, Kadreyan Delk, and Lilah Delk; siblings, Michael Cox, James Cox, Diana Ashcraft, and Deborah (George) Graves.

Darla was preceded in death by her father.

Darla enjoyed working for Pacesetters Real Estate selling and flipping houses. Her true passion was finding someone their forever home.  She loved helping people. Whenever someone had a problem, they could always count on Darla to say, “It’ll all work out in the end.”

Darla loved being a mother, but most of all, being a grandmother. The grandchildren were her everything and her whole life.

She will be loved and missed dearly by all of her family and friends.

The visitation will be held at Kroeger Funeral Home on Friday, June 26, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

The funeral service will follow at 2:30 p.m., also at the funeral home with Rev. Dean Snyder and Kelly Spencer officiating.

Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery.
