Dorthy M. (Krathwohl) Rozzi

Dorthy M. ‘Dot’ Rozzi, age 92, Logansport, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022, in Memorial Hospital.

Born in Logansport on August 9, 1930, she was the daughter of Frank and Genevieve (Hauser) Krathwohl.

On October 16, 1948, she was married to Pasquale ‘Pat’ Rozzi, who preceded her in death on May 19, 2010.

Dot had been employed at the H. W. Gossard Company as a seamstress for 30 years. She also assisted her husband performing janitorial duties after hours at Security Federal Savings Bank.

She enjoyed line dancing, sewing, gardening and yard work, and read many, many novels over the years. She enjoyed her grandchildren and spending time in her back porch swing.

Surviving are children, Brenda (Mike) Quaglio, Logansport, Debra (Keith) Scheffer, Star City, Philip Rozzi (companion, Anna), Logansport and Bradley S. (Brandi) Rozzi, all of Logansport; daughter-in-law, Cindy Rozzi, Logansport, several grandchildren and great grandchildren; half-sister, Teri (Larry) Bohm, Logansport, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Also preceding Dorthy in death were son, Dominic P. Rozzi; brothers, Robert Krathwohl, Frank Krathwohl and Donald Krathwohl.

Dorthy requested a private graveside service at Mount Hope Cemetery.
