Heather Lee Trusty, age 48, Camelot Care Center, passed away at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 23, 2021, in Logansport Memorial Hospital.

Born June 24, 1973, in Rochester, Indiana, she was the daughter of Kevin Trusty and Katherine Hiles Trusty.

Surviving are sisters, Marissa Davis (legal guardian), Lana Trusty, both of Normal, Ill.; brother, Eric McCullough, Rochester.

Visitation is from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. (EST) on Tuesday, December 28th, at Kroeger Funeral Home.

The funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. (EST) on Tuesday, also at the funeral home, with Rev. Ken Smith officiating.

Interment is in Mount Hope Cemetery, Peru.
