Helen M. Fitzwater Obituary

Helen M. Fitzwater, age 100, Logansport, passed away at 7:40 a.m. on Friday, December 28, 2018, in McKinney Place.

Born October 2, 1918, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Alex and Amelia Krinecamp Hoffman.

On December 21, 1944, she was married to Oscar T. Fitzwater, who preceded her in death on February 20, 2005.

She was a member of Clymers United Methodist Church. She loved her dogs.

Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Myra Fitzwater, Burnettsville; two grandsons, Shane Fitzwater and Eugene Fitzwater; a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Four brothers and four sisters preceded her in death.

The funeral service will be at Kroeger Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 31, 2018, with visitation one hour prior. Pastor Carolyn DeWitt will officiate.

Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery.

Kroeger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
