Jeffrey A. Cox

Jeffrey A. Cox, age 51, Logansport, passed away at 7:23 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2020, in Franciscan Health Lafayette East, Lafayette.

Born May 9, 1969, in Lafayette, he was the son of Howard and Sandra Carman Cox. His parents survive, residing in Logansport.

On May 7, 2009, in Logansport, he was married to Linda Collins, who survives.

Jeff was employed as an automotive technician at Mike Anderson GMC Supercenter.

A 1987 graduate of Logansport High School, he enjoyed riding dirt bikes, working on his Ford Mustang, gardening and “just keeping busy”.

Also surviving are a son, Shawn Cox; step-sons, Cory (Shelby) Collins, Joshua (Tonya) Collins, and Kevin Collins; daughter, Haley Cox; brothers, Tim Cox and Dan (Carrie) Cox; sister, Maria (Brian) Cripe; grandchildren, Jarod Cox and Dixie Cox; step grandchildren, Bailey Collins, Kendyl Collins and Addyson Collins; several aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2020, at Kroeger Funeral Home.

The funeral service will follow visitation at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, also at the funeral home, with Rev. Beth Ann Cook and Rev. Gregg Parris officiating.

Interment will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
