Lois Susan Langston Obituary

Lois Susan Langston, age 57, Logansport, passed away at 12:12 a.m., on Saturday, June 20, 2020 in her home.

Susan was born Tuesday, January 29, 1963 in Logansport.  She was the daughter of J. T. and Evelyn Pope Langston. 

Susan was a 1981 graduate of Logansport High School. 

She was employed at Rural King and had previously worked at K-Mart.

Susan was a member of Vineyard Community Church.  She was an avid reader and could carry on an intelligent conversation about any topic.

Surviving are her eight siblings, Larry Langston, Illinois, Steve Langston, Glinda (David) Whitham, and Shirley (Don) Crain, all of Logansport, Kathy (Perry) Shoemaker, Arizona, Connie (Alan) Pickering, North Carolina, Marilyn Singley, Tipton, and Cindy Langston, Logansport.

Also surviving are fifteen nephews and nieces, Christopher, Summer, Terah, Marcus, Michael, Tina, Randy, Michelle, Adam, Melissa, Clayton, Casey, Angie, Tammy and Tyler.

Susan was preceded in death by her father, J. T. ‘Pete’ Langston in 2007, and her mother, Evelyn Pope Langston in 2012; and brother, Tim, 2020.

A private burial will be held at a later date in Mount Hope Cemetery.
