Princess E. Cody Obituary

Princess E. Cody, age 96, Logansport, passed away at 2:23 a.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, in Miller’s Merry Manor.

Born January 27, 1924, in Greensboro, North Carolina, she was the daughter of Walter and Carrie Louthain Angle.

She was married to Mahlon Cunningham, who preceded her in death; then married Olin Cody on November 17, 2011. He also preceded her in death.

Princess had been employed RBM Manufacturing.

She was a member of the Yorktown Road Church of Christ.

Surviving are a son, Curtis Abshire, Willis, Texas; grandchildren, Allisa (Tom) Carter, Noblesville, Mark Beck, Kentucky; great grandchildren, Kevin Carter, Gabriel Carter, Azaria Beck, Aza Beck; step-sons, Alvin (Jacqueline) Cody, Logansport, David (Peggy) Cody, Texas; step grandchildren, David Cody, Adam Cody, Cassandra Cody; step great-grandchild, Leland Cody.

A son, William Abshire, and a brother, Curtis Angle, preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16th, at Kroeger Funeral Home. The funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Friday, also at the funeral home, with Mark Racop officiating.

Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
