Riley M. Stark Jr. Obituary

Riley M. Stark Jr. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

He was born September 30, 1947 to Riley and Ada (Young) Stark. Riley proudly served in the United States Marine Corps., serving in Vietnam. On July 27, 1968, in San Francisco, CA, he married Marla Jeanne Shoemaker.

Surviving with his wife are three children: Michelle (Jed) Morehouse, Deb (Roger) Spencer and Eric (Jennifer) Stark; grandchildren: Tyler Stark, Morgan Edwards, Marla Spencer, Miranda Edwards, Briar Stark, Logan Stark, Shandra Morehouse and Natasha Dean; sisters: Edna Landis and Rosie (Ervin) Mast; and several nieces and nephews.

Riley was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Roger Spencer III; and sister, Betty Shelton.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Roger ‘Trey’ Spencer Memorial Fund, 103 Hammon St., Logansport, IN 46947.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
