Ronald L. Savini

Ronald L.  Savini, age 76, formerly of Monticello, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023, in Aperion Care of Peru.

Born December 30, 1946, in Logansport, he was the son of Nello and Helen Lloyd Savini.

Surviving are a sister, Marci (Jerry) Coble, Burnettsville; brothers, Steve (Beth) Savini, and Terry Savini, all of Logansport; one niece, seven nephews, numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by sisters Jan Everest and Linda Scheffer.

Ron had been employed at Donato Motor Sales in Logansport and, later, Gutwein Motors in Monon.

A 1964 graduate of Logansport High School, he was a veteran of the United States Army.

Ron enjoyed being on his boat and fishing on Lake Freeman. He was "all about computers" and in his younger years enjoyed assembling model cars from kits. 

The funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 22nd, at Kroeger Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Smith officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral, also at Kroeger Funeral Home.
