Sally A. (Roberts) Zellers

Sally A. Zellers, age 84, Logansport, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025, in IU Arnett Health, Lafayette, following a stroke.

Born in Logansport on March 3, 1941, she was the daughter of William F. Roberts and Catherine S. Walls Roberts.

On July 29, 1958,  she married Joseph Zellers, who preceded her in death January 8, 2006.

Sally attended St. Bridget’s school and Washington Township High School.

Sally and Joe had resided in Elizabethton, Tennessee, for nine years returning to Logansport in 2007. She was employed in the office of Dr. Greg Bell, and had also been variously employed at K-Mart, JoAnn Fabrics and Goodwill in Logansport.

She enjoyed all crafts, knitting and crocheting.

Surviving are her daughters, Theresa (Dean) Christiansen, Logansport, Sally (Brian) Rush, Forest, IN, Susan (Rick) Dunn, Delphi; sons, Joseph Zellers, Logansport, William Zellers, Montana; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Catherine “Kay” West and brother, Carroll “Butch” Roberts.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Kroeger-Crain Funeral Home.

The funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, also at the funeral home, with Rev. Ken Smith officiating.

Interment will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park at a later date.
