Sandra Lee (Frey) Maughmer

Sandra Lee Maughmer, 72, passed away on February 24, 2020, at Logansport Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family. 

Sandra was born in Logansport on April 9, 1947, the daughter of the late Wendell Neal Frey and Geneva Avanelle (Cox) Frey. 

On July 5, 1986, she was married to Jerry Maughmer, who survives. 

Sandra was a homemaker who enjoyed crafts, especially cross stitching, and making homemade cards.

Surviving along with her husband, Jerry, are two sons, Roger (Debbie) Spencer, and Michael Spencer, all of Logansport; granddaughter Marla Spencer; step-mom Marcella Frey; step-sister Janice (Mike) Day; step-brother Terry (Shirley) Zeider; special cousin John Lee Cox; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by son, Steven James Spencer; grandson, Roger ‘Trey’ Spencer; and step-sister, Pam McCartney.

A private family service will be held at Kroeger Funeral Home.  Burial will be at a later date in Paint Creek Cemetery, Camden.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
