Sandra G. McManus

Sandra G. McManus, age 62, Logansport, passed away at 10:37 am Saturday April 5, 2025, in St Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis Indiana. 

Sandra was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and a friend to everyone. She loved God, the Bible and church. She would help anyone in need even if she did without.  

Born July 12,1962 in Owensboro, KY, she was the daughter of James and Anna (Morning) King. 

Sandra married Charles M. McManus on November 8, 1980, and he survives. Sandra met Charles when they were 8 and 9 years old as childhood friends. They started dating in June of 1980 and were married November 8, 1980. Sandra was a homemaker. 

She attended Lake Shafer Christian Center, Monticello, IN. She helped her husband with the kid’s ministry and loved little children. She would read the bible daily and loved gospel music, especially the Gaither’s gospel music. 

She loved her grandchildren dearly, DJ, Dante, Donna and Ruth. 

Surviving is her two loving children Keith (Jamie) McManus Monticello In., Jessica (Josh) Anderson Logansport In. 

She was preceded in death by two grandchildren.  

Funeral service will be private by Sandra’s request. 

Interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lake Shafer Christian Church.   

 God called her to come home. She will be missed by many. But her love will be with all of us forever and her kind heart will live on.
