Shannon Rottet

Shannon C. Rottet, age 48, Logansport, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021, in Howard County.

Born February 10, 1973, in Kokomo, he was the son of Marcia Laymon and Ronnie Rottet.

His father, Ron Rottet (Kay) and his mother, Marcia Kozma, are surviving in Logansport.

A 1991 graduate of Logansport High School, Shannon was employed at the Old Style Inn as the main chef.

In addition to his parents, Shannon is survived by his daughters, Kennedy Rottet, Leighandra Ousley and Chelsea Rottet; several grandchildren.

Also surviving are a brother, Travis (Carrie) Rottet; sisters, Kimberly Rottet (Dari Rodriguez) and Amanda (David) Cook.

Also surviving are aunts, Susie Laymon, Dee Leffert; cousins, Andrea, Samantha, Georgina, Amanda, Richard and Craig.

Shannon’s interests included playing softball, rock and roll, collecting baseball cards and Star Wars. He was a lover of animals and a fan of the Chicago Cubs.

Shannon will be remembered at a gathering, where the public will be invited, at a future date to be announced.
