Victor Dowell Obituary

Victor G. Dowell, 78, Logansport, passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020, in Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre, Wabash.

Born May 22, 1942, in Illinois, he was the son of Erman and Lena Pearson Dowell.

He was married to Melodie Wygant Ausperk, who survives.

Victor owned and operated Betterweigh Scales and Service.

He had bred and shown Arab and American Paint Horses. He enjoyed flipping houses and fishing. He was a kind and gentle man.

Surviving are sons, Don (Tammie), Rob, Jim; daughters, Christina (Barry) Justice, Laurie Dowell (Richard Hankee), step-daughter, Nikki Walker (Rick) Miles; brothers, David (Norma) and Erman, Jr., (Dee); sister, Pat Booker (Butch); many grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

There will be no service.
