William"Billy" Fulmer Obituary

William S. “Billy” Fulmer, age 63, Logansport, passed away at 3:58 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2020, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Born March 2, 1957, in Logansport, he was the son of Harold William and Ruth M. Johnson Fulmer.

Billy had been employed at GenCorp and Carter Fuel.

He enjoyed playing softball, drag racing and motorcycles and playing golf.

Surviving are a son, Scotty Fulmer, Logansport; daughters, Stephanie (Troy) Hartman, Spencer, Iowa, Alisha Fulmer, Logansport; brothers, Jack (Barb) Helvie, Logansport, John (Marsha) Helvie, Kokomo; sister, Suzie Fulmer, Logansport; grandchildren, Alayna Fulmer, Abby Hartman, Kali Hartman, Kian Fulmer; nephews. Shawn Heishman, Travis Yike and Bradley Yike.

A granddaughter, Lexi Stanton, parents, Bill and Ruth Fulmer and sister, Sonja Heishman, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, at Kroeger Funeral Home.

The funeral service is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Thursday, with Rev. Ken Smith officiating.

Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery at a later date.
