William T. Dahman, Jr. (February 19, 1949 - September 21, 2025), of Logansport IN and Fort Wayne IN, died in his home surrounded by family.
Bill was a lifelong artist who focused mainly on religious sculpture and painting with Catholic themes.
He enjoyed a long marriage to his wife Ann Dahman née Rohweder. They met in art school in Fort Wayne and were married 48 years. He is survived by Ann and their six children– Maria (Michael), Aaron, Georgia, Devin (Katherine), Christa (John), Deanna (Nathaniel)– and nine of his ten grandchildren, as well as his siblings Dennis “Mike” Dahman and Annette Wigge and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He enjoyed the Indiana country life as well as occasional trips to Ecuador, South America.
Bill cherished spending time with his grandchildren. He gave excellent bear hugs, laughed with enthusiasm, and had a deep religious conviction.
A celebration of his life will be on Saturday October 4th from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m., with a prayer at 3:30 p.m., at Rose Chapel (also called Rose Haven and formerly Bethlehem United Methodist Church) 6688 E. Co. Rd. 625 N., Twelve Mile, Indiana, 46988.
