Deharte Alton Edmondson

Deharte Alton Edmondson, age 46, Logansport, passed away at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, in his residence.

Born August 16, 1970, in Chicago, he was the son of Estrellita Edmondson, who survives, residing in Logansport. His father, Mitchell Scott, preceded him in death.

Surviving are his children, Deharte Edmondson, Jr., Logansport, Denee Edmondson, Chicago, Deonte Edmondson, Devaughn Edmondson, both of Kokomo, Dijanee Edmondson, Logansport and Diharie Edmondson, Logansport.

Also surviving are brothers and sisters, Deon Edmondson, Terrell Edmondson, Lori Edmondson, all of Logansport, Charles Edmondson, Illinois, Dianna Edmondson and Darcey Edmondson, Florida; grandson, Deharte Edmondson III; aunt, Fydencia Edmondson, Romeoville, Ill., nephew, Dineco Edmondson and other nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A brother, Donicko Edmondson, preceded him in death.

The Celebration of Life will be at 12 noon on Friday at Bethel African Episcopal Church, 2000 Erie Avenue, Logansport, with Pastor Carolyn Hardville-Pickens officiating.
