Born August 26, 1959, in Logansport, she was the daughter of William and Ruth Ulrich Tatman.
She was married to Timothy Lowry, who preceded her in death. She was then married to Rodney Neeley, who survives.
Deborah had been employed in management positions at Marsh, McClure, Peak and Sears.
She liked Pandas and spending time with her family. She was a member of Cross-Wind United Methodist Church.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are daughters, Brandi Lowry, (fiancé Jeremy Best), Dayton, Tenn., and Kayla (Jason) Fee, Logansport; granddaughter, Hannah Best; step-son, Rodney Neeley, Logansport, step-daughter, Angel Neeley, Sedalia, Mo.
A granddaughter, Madison Dixon, preceded her in death.
The memorial service and celebration of life for Deborah will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13th, at Cross-Wind United Methodist Church, with Rev. Dr. George Plasterer and Pastor Doug Upton officiating.
A memorial visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m., prior to the service on Monday, also at the Church.
